On Christian Fellowship

The Holy Scriptures commend us to not give up meeting together. (Heb. 10:25) Besides gathering for worship we also gather as a Christian community for mutual support and fellowship.

First Wednesday Fellowship

Each month we meet on the 1st Wednesday. We have evening prayer at 6:30 then a special dinner with different themes such as "Comfort Foods", "Italian Dinner", and other fun events.

Sunday Coffee Hour

After our Sunday 10:30 service join us in the parish hall for coffee and cookies. Contact the office to sign up at office@saintstephenssherman.org

Men's Group (Brotherhood of St. Stephen's)

The Brotherhood is also a service organization and each man in the Parish is considered a member of the Brotherhood.  The men meet monthly on the second Wednesday in the Parish Hall.  A brother(s) is responsible for the meal that is served and a small donation is asked from those attending.  The donations are collected and as funds permit, needed items are purchased for the church.  Also at each meeting there is usually a short program.  The meetings begin at 6:30 pm. Contact Joe Nedly nedleyranch@hotmail.com

Women's Group (Sisters of St. Stephen's)

The Sisters are all the women of St. Stephen's. They meet on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 6:30 in the parish hall.

Lay Eucharistic Visitors

Following an ancient practice of taking the Blessed Sacrament to the sick and homebound, our Lay Eucharistic Visitors have the privilege of doing so at St. Stephen's. They rotate visiting each of our homebound to take them Communion from that Sunday, and pray for the person. For more information contact Craig at hcsummer123@gmail.com

Stephen's Own Shepherds (S.O.S.)

SOS is a fellowship ministry to our homebound members. They ensure those who can't join us are remembered and cared for.
